Anirudh Rastogi is the co-founder of TRA Law, an award-winning law firm specialising in representing hi-technology ventures and growth stage startups on contractual, regulatory and policy issues. He advised on Team Indus’ spacecraft launch contract with ISRO for their moon mission, on the set-up of India’s first multi-cryptocurrency exchange, on some of India’s first and largest ICOs, and represents clients such as Udacity, Swiggy and Flyrobe. An alumnus of Harvard Law School, Anirudh was named Achiever of the Year 2017 by BusinessWorld. Anirudh is the author of a book titled “Cyber Law: Law of Information Technology and Internet” published by LexisNexis. He also publishes regularly with the Huffington Post and Tech In Asia. A skilful negotiator, Anirudh has trained in advanced negotiation and deal-making at the Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School and trained post-graduate law students in Singapore in negotiation as faculty of the Singapore Institute of Legal Education. He regularly advises the Department of Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and is a visiting faculty at IIM-Indore.
